This 2008 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 coupe was first sold at Timberline Auto Center Inc. in Libby, Montana, and remained with a single family from new until it was acquired by the current owner on BaT in December 2021. Now indicating 922 miles, the car is finished in Performance White with blue stripes over Dark Charcoal leather upholstery. Power is provided by a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission, and equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a ventilated hood, an SVT-tuned suspension, Brembo front brake calipers, 18? forged alloy wheels, air conditioning, cruise control, and a Shaker 500 audio system linked to an AM/FM stereo with a CD changer. This GT500 is offered on dealer consignment with manufacturer’s literature, removed mufflers, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The car is finished in Performance White with blue stripes. Exterior details include a front air dam, a decklid spoiler, a rear diffuser, Shelby badging, a ventilated aluminum hood, and polished exhaust outlets.

Staggered-width 18? forged alloy wheels were mounted with 255/45 front and 285/40 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires under current ownership. The car rides on an SVT-tuned suspension. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes, and Brembo calipers are fitted over ventilated rotors at the front corners.

The seats are trimmed in Dark Charcoal leather, and embossed Cobra insignias accent the backrests of the front sport bucket seats. Appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, ambient lighting, and a Shaker 500 audio system linked to a factory AM/FM stereo with a six-disc CD changer. Recalls pertaining to the driver-side and passenger-side airbags were addressed in February 2023 by Cypress Coast Ford-Lincoln of Seaside, California.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel wears a Shelby GT500-branded horn button, and it sits ahead of a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and a quartet of auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 922 miles, approximately 800 of which were added under current ownership.

The supercharged 5.4-liter DOHC V8 produced 500 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque when new. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed Tremec TR-6060 manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Borla exhaust mufflers were installed under current ownership, and the removed mufflers are included in the sale. Photos show corrosion on the driveshaft and rear axle.
