This 1990 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 coupe is finished in Baltic Blue Metallic over Cashmere Beige leather upholstery and is powered by a 3.6-liter flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes 18? BBS wheels, KW coilovers, a Fister muffler, and a sunroof along with power-adjustable front seats, a Continental stereo, a MOMO steering wheel, a Numeric shifter, keyless entry, and air conditioning. Following registration history in several states, the car was purchased by its current owner in 2018. Work in 2023-24 consisted of adjusting the valves, changing the oil, and replacing the battery, alternator, clutch slave cylinder, fuel-pressure regulator, and spark plugs. Showing 64k miles, this 964 C2 coupe is now offered on dealer consignment with owner’s manuals, service records, removed parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The car is finished in Baltic Blue Metallic (L37B), and the hood has been repainted. FVD Brombacher air inlets have been fitted in the front bumper cover, and Bergvill F/X LED bulbs have been added in the indicators and taillights. Other exterior features include a speed-activated rear spoiler, an electric sunroof, and heated and power-adjustable side mirrors. BBS 18? modular wheels with gold-finished centers and red center caps are wrapped in 225/40 front and 265/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tires that have 2019 production-date codes. KW Variant 3 coilovers have been fitted, and braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs with ABS.
The power-adjustable front bucket seats are upholstered in Cashmere Beige leather, and the folding rear seats and aftermarket RS-style door panels are trimmed to match. Additional appointments include air conditioning, power windows, central locking, cruise control, and a Continental multimedia stereo with Bluetooth along with a Numeric Racing shifter, Rennline aluminum lock knobs and pins, and Bergvill F/X keyless entry.
The MOMO Porsche Classic steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline as well as a 180-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges for oil level, oil pressure, oil temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 64k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership.
The air-cooled 3.6L M64 flat-six was factory rated at 247 horsepower and 228 lb-ft of torque. Work since 2023 included changing the oil, adjusting the valves, and replacing the alternator, battery, and fuel-pressure regulator along with the valve-cover gaskets and spark plugs.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle. An MPL clutch slave cylinder was installed in 2023, and the exhaust system has been modified with a Fister Sport side muffler and a 964 Cup pipe to delete the center muffler. The car passed its most recent California smog check in June 2024.
