This original 1974 Porsche 911 Carrera is in Black with Black. A limited production car with only 528 produced.

Sold new in Beverly Hills, CA in January 1973.

This particular car is a very early production Carrera with the desirable original RS fenders (thicker fender lip) and original RS deck lid (with the license plates light blocked off.)

A four owner car since new, always in California. First owner of the car reported to be the editor of Car and Driver Magazine at the time.

26K miles on an engine rebuild. The motor is dry, no oil leaks. Chain tensioner upgrade.

Fairly recent suspension work including new tie rod ends and control arm bushings. Clutch and syncro's as new. Front oil cooler, the more desirable 28 tube brass cooler.

Paint is very nice. Some of the paint still meters out at factory thickness. Original paint in the door jams.

Interior is unmodified, correct Carrera steering wheel, dash shows some cracking, original headliner. Presents very well. 

Wheels redone by Harvey Weidman - they are correct '74 Carrera wheels date stamped.
