This 1969 Porsche 911 S Targa is in Blue Metallic with Black.

This 911 was sold new on December 20, 1968 from this exact building in Monterey, California in what used to be at that time, Wester Motors.

Forty-nine years later this car is here with us and proudly offered for sale. 

It gets better; this original Black plate California car has been under the same ownership since day one. Owned by a Porsche enthusiast and PCA participant.

Service history back to new with receipts on file from its first service at Wester Motors to its engine rebuild by Tom Amon in 2004 ( signed by him ). 

A great running and driving car.  Motor pulls very strong thru the rev range. Has a great sound too!

Original MFI. Sport muffler. 5 Speed gearbox. Good clutch and syncro's in all gears.

A very honest car with straight panels and great gaps.

Repainted years ago in it’s original color of Blue Metallic.

The paint could be helped in areas to keep it as "driver quality" but likely will need to be re-done. A good deal of blemishes and checking (see photographs). Original floors with no welding or accident history.

Targa top is very nice has a great fit.

The chrome is original and in good condition with some light pitting and scratches. The rubber window seals have been replaced at some point. Original glass and front Windshield.

Interior is original. A wood trim has been installed over the original dash material. Dash is original but has cracked, along with some cracks by the speaker grill. All instruments in good working order. Original radio still present.

Correct date coded 15x6's on AVS Yokohama’s.

A well preserved and incredibly honest 911 S in a desirable color that has been in California since new.

Definitely a rare opportunity to own a fully documented, one owner 911S.
