This 1961 Chevrolet Bel Air Bubble Top is in a nice combination of Black with Fawn.

Frame off restoration completed approximately 10 years ago. The car has spent the last 10 years in California, between the Central Valley and the Monterey area.

This Bubble Top is powered by a '70's vintage 454 big block. Edelbrock intake and Holly Carb.  A Muncie four speed which is recently rebuilt. Hydraulic clutch and pressure plate new.

Front suspension rebuilt using urethane bushings, new springs, new U-joints and adjustable shocks front and rear. Lower by just 2 inches give the car a great stance. 

Posit traction rear end with new 323 gears.

Four wheel power disc brakes.

Boyd Coddington Wheels: 17 x 8 front and 17 x 9 1/2" rear

Variable quick ratio power steering.

New electronic distributor And high flow water pump And aluminum radiator with twin electric fans (the car will run cool even on hot days.)

The paint has a deep luster with a consistent color over the entire car. Glass and bright work is in nice condition.

The interior is completely redone including new springs and foam in the seats. Original steering wheel included. Original rack and pinon set up included.

Chrome around the front headlights and the front grill are pitting/peeling.


This is a well sorted example and is ready to drive and enjoy immediately.
